Applications for Pride Place apartments will open on June 15, 2023.
Appointments will be scheduled between July - August.
We anticipate it will be full within days of applications going live.
We are thrilled to introduce Pride Place, Seattle's first affordable and affirming housing project designed for 2SLGBTQIA+ aged 55 years and older.
Pride Place apartments, which are managed by our partner, Community Roots Housing, offer below market rents for income-qualified applicants. GenPride will operate a premier LGBTQIA+ Community Center on the ground floor.
To ensure our community members are well informed and prepared for the anticipated opening of application dates in early June, we're hosting a series of Pride Place Residency Application Information Workshops!
After signing up, registrants will receive an email confirmation and a link to the application documents for download.
